インヴィンシブル投資法人が第15期（平成22年12月期）決算を発表。第15期の運用期間は合併コストを吸収するため12ヶ月間。2月にエルシーピー投資法人と合併し、43棟を継承した。その後財務改善を目的として49棟を売却。物件売却損7,362百万円の発生により経常損失7,078百万円となるも、合併に伴う負ののれん11,843百万円により当期利益は4,757百万円。分配原資は276百万円となり、投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は435円となった。なお、中間決算において付記した継続企業の前提に関する疑義は第15期末においても変化はなく、更に財務制限条項（負債比率が60%を超過）に抵触しているため、借入金の一部について利益喪失事由に該当。第16期（平成23年6月期）は前期の物件売却損がなくなるも、運用期間が6ヶ月となること、金融コスト等により利益は3百万円。分配原資は負ののれんより123百万円を活用し127百万円、1口当たり分配金は200円となる見通し。3月末に返済期限の借入金429億円のリファイナンスを重要課題とし、新スポンサーを最優先して検討する構え。
