インヴィンシブル投資法人（INV）が第15期（平成22年12月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。9月末返済予定の借入金432億円の返済期限を12月末へ延長。これに伴い、支払利息及び融資手数料が当初想定を下回ったことにより、1口当たり分配金は400円となる見通し。なお、8月20日に公表した第15期中間決算に、継続企業の前提に重要な疑義を付記したことを発表。INVは、12月末以降のリファイナンスに関して現時点で問題はないと認識しているが、金融機関との条件交渉、新たなスポンサー提携、物件売却等を引き続き検討していく構え。
