インヴィンシブル投資法人(INV)が保有するオフィスビル2棟、住宅12棟、商業施設3棟、駐車場8件を売却する。25件の売却額は計130億円。売却先は非開示。売却価格と簿価の差額は-64.6億円となり売却損が発生するが、合併に伴う負ののれんを見込んでおり、1口当たり分配金への影響はなし。INVは借入金返済を目的とした物件売却を優先しており、今回の売却代金を5月末期限の借入金返済に充当する予定。
