インヴィンシブル投資法人が第14期（平成21年12月期）決算を発表した。第14期は物件の売買はなし。前期の物件売却損がなくなるも、賃貸収益の減少及び支払利息の増加等により前期比25%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,928円となった。第15期は、エルシーピー投資法人との合併により運用期間は平成22年1月～平成22年12月迄の一年間となる。当期純利益は、合併に伴う負ののれんの計上により46億円を見込む。保有物件の売却13棟による物件売却損や合併関連費用が発生するが負ののれんと相殺する予定。1口当たり分配金は従来予想より支払利息及び融資関連費用の増加を見込み、300円となる見通し。
