インヴィンシブル投資法人が保有物件13棟を売却する。売却する物件は旧エルシーピー投資法人が保有していたレジデンス3棟及び旧東京グロースリート投資法人が保有していた駐車場10件。13棟の売却額は計18.9億円。簿価との差額は9.5億円となり売却損が生じるが、財務の安定性を優先し、また合併により発生する負ののれんを計上し、分配金の安定を図る見込み。今回の売却に伴う業績予想修正は、2月19日公表予定の平成21年12月期決算発表にて併せて発表する。
