東京グロースリート投資法人（TGR）とエルシーピー投資法人（LCP）が合併契約を締結した。合併日は2010年2月1日予定。両投資法人ともにリファイナンスリスクを課題と認識しており、合併により財務体質を向上させ、さらに新スポンサー誘致や再編等の新たな成長戦略も目指す。合併形式は、TGRがLCPを吸収する形式で、合併後のTGRは総合型REITとして新たな投資方針を設定する予定。被合併銘柄となるLCPの投資主総会は2010年1月8日開催予定。合併比率はTGR：LCP＝1：0.8。合併に先立ち、TGRは投資口1口を5口に分割する。これによりLCPの投資口1口に対し、投資口分割後のTGRの投資口4口を交付する。一方、LCPは2010年1月27日に上場廃止となり、最終営業期間（2009年9月1日から2010年1月31日）における分配見合いの合併交付金を支払う予定。合併後の資産運用会社は、LCPの資産運用会社であるエルシーピー・リート・アドバイザーズが引き継ぐ。
