東京グロースリート投資法人が第13期（平成21年6月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、オフィスビル1棟を売却。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、物件売却損23百万円により、前期比51%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,620円となった。第14期（平成21年12月期）は、支払利息の増加等により、35%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,200円となる見通し。
