東京グロースリート投資法人が第12期（平成20年12月期）決算を発表した。第12期は駐車場7件の取得、オフィスビル2棟の売却を行った。賃貸収益が減少する一方、物件売却益324百万円が寄与し、前期比39%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,641円となった。第13期（平成21年6月期）は物件売却により賃貸収入が減少すること及び前期の物件売却がなくなることにより前期比56%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,000円となる見通し。
