東京グロースリート投資法人が、エルシーピー投資法人と合併後の第15期の1口当たり予想分配金を発表した。第15期の運用期間は、平成22年1月～平成22年12月の一年間の変則期間となる。合併に伴う負ののれんの発生、物件売却、ファイナンスコストを一定の条件の元に想定、1口当たり予想分配金は分割後1口当たり800円（投資口分割前換算4,000円）となる見通し。但し、物件売却の進捗やLTV水準によって業績予想が変動する可能性がある。
