東京グロースリート投資法人が第11期（平成20年6月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、駐車場2件取得及びレジデンス1棟売却を行った。これにより前期比9.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,800円となった。第12期（平成20年12月期）は、オフィスビル1棟を売却。売却益171百万円を計上するが、売却に伴い賃貸収益が減少するため、前期比8%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,018円となる見通し。
