東京グロースリート投資法人が第11期(平成20年6月期)1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。稼働率及び礼金、更新料が当初予想を上回ったこと、管理修繕費が予想を下回ったことにより、1口当たり予想分配金は、従来予想比19%増の9,000円となる見通し。
