東京グロースリート投資法人が第10期（平成19年12月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、3棟と駐車場6件を取得したが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比20%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,934円となった。第11期（平成20年6月期）は、2.8%増収を見込む一方、平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上等により、18%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,330円となる見通し。
