東京グロースリート投資法人が第9期（平成19年6月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、7棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。物件売却益が前期比減となったため、6.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,150円となった。第10期（平成19年12月期）は、9棟を取得する一方で、物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比34.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,282円となる見通し。
