東京グロースリート投資法人が第8期(平成18年12月期)決算を発表した。第8期は、20棟の取得及び7棟の売却を行い、前期比78.8%増益。投資口数が86.5%増加となるも物件売却益が寄与し、1口当たり分配金11,924円となった。第9期(平成19年6月期)はこのまま推移すれば、物件売却益がなくなること及び平成18年に取得した物件の固都税が計上されるため、36.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,517円となる見通し。
