東京グロースリート投資法人が第7期(平成18年6月期)決算を発表した。第7期は、2棟の取得により賃貸収益が増加したため増収となる一方、2棟の売却益が前期比1,000万円減少及び固都税負担等により前期比減益、1口当たり分配金は12,453円となった。第8期(平成18年12月期)は、20棟取得、5棟売却に伴い、50%増益を見込む一方、投資口の増加によって、1口当たり分配金は10,004円と、約20%減少する見通し。
