東京グロースリート投資法人（TGR）が東証に上場することを発表した。TGRは現在大阪証券取引所に上場しており、東証へ重複上場することとなる。 また、投資口25,000口の追加発行を行う。発行後の投資口総数は86%増の53,899口となる。追加発行での調達資金は新たに取得する20棟に充当する。 新規取得物件は、レジデンス19棟、オフィスビル1棟、取得額計165億円。 これらの実施に伴い、第7期（平成18年6月期）業績予想修正及び第8期（平成18年12月期）業績予想を発表。 第7期は、物件売却益等が寄与し、従来予想比23%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる予定。 第8期は、新規取得物件及び既に発表している保有物件の売却益が寄与し前期比56%の増益となるも、投資口の増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金は10,004円となる見通し。
