グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人のスポンサー構成が変更となる。 従来は、明治安田生命、近鉄グループ、森ビルが筆頭となり、三菱UFJ銀行、三菱UFJ信託銀行等の国内金融機関を中心に全22社で構成されていた。 3月末付で、メインスポンサーの1社である近鉄グループを含む18社が撤退する一方、明治安田生命保険と三菱UFJ信託銀行がともに持ち株比率42.55％を保有するメインスポンサーとなる。
