グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、「アルカセントラル」を売却する。 物件は、JR錦糸町駅前に位置する、1997年竣工、22階建のオフィスビル。築27年が経過し、将来の修繕費増加による収益低下を懸念し、売却を決定した。売却額は185億円。3期に分割して売却する。売却先は非開示。 これに伴い第43期（2025年3月期）業績予想を修正。第43期は、本物件の持分の40％相当を売却する。売却益910百万円計上により、5月に公表した業績予想（9月2日に予想分配金を再修正）に対し30％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,198円となる見通し。 なお、残りの持分は第44期（2025年9月期）及び第45期（2026年3月期）に30％ずつ売却する予定。
