グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を終了した。11月~2月の間に計12,888口(発行済投資口数の約1.3%)を取得。取得総額は約15億円。取得した投資口は全て第37期(2022年3月期)中に消却する予定。 これに伴い予想分配金を修正。消却後の投資口数が948,996となることにより、第37期1口当たり分配金は2,411円と11月に公表した予想に対し0.5%増、第38期(2022年9月期)は2,445円と1.5%増となる見通し。
