グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、第29期（平成30年3月期）決算を発表した。 第29期における物件取得はなし。一部テナント退去や修繕費増加により営業利益ベースでは減益となったが、支払利息の減少により当期純利益は前期比2.7％増。自己投資口取得及び消却に伴い、投資口数が1.1％減少。これにより1口当たり分配金は8,164円と前期比3.8％の増加、第23期（平成27年3月期）以来6期ぶりに8,000円台を回復した。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,824億円、有利子負債比率は49.7％と前期と変動なし。 第30期（平成30年9月期）は、既存物件の賃料増額、フリーレント終了が寄与し、前期比1.9％増益を見込む。投資口4分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は2,080円（分割前換算8,320円）となる見通し。 第31期（平成31年3月期）は、一部テナント退去を想定するも、賃料増額やフリーレント終了により、前期予想比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,090円（分割前換算8,360円）となる見通し。
