グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、第28期（平成29年9月期）決算を発表した。 第28期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、短期借入金の返済に充当。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、既存物件の賃料増額改定やフリーレントの終了により、前期比21％増益。投資口数が15.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,864円と前期を4.9％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,824億円、有利子負債比率は49.7％。 併せて、自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。1口NAV及び1口当たり純資産額に対し投資口価格が下回っているため、手元資金を活用し、1口当たりNAV及び1口当たり分配金の向上を図る。取得する投資口数は上限3,000口（発行済投資口数の1.34％に相当）、取得総額上限を10億円とする。 第29期（平成30年3月期）は、修繕費の増加や一部テナント退去を想定するも、賃料増額改定や支払利息の減少により、前期比0.5％増益を見込む。自己投資口取得を実施しない前提で、1口当たり分配金は7,900円となる見通し。自己投資口の取得及び消却を実施した場合、1口当たり分配金は7,990円と1口当たり90円の影響を見込む。
