グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、第27期（平成29年3月期）決算を発表した。 第27期は、3月に「品川シーサイドウエストタワー」と「明治安田生命大阪御堂筋ビル」を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加や、修繕費及び管理費の減少が寄与し、前期比1.9％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,494円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,824億円。上記2物件を借入金にて取得したため、有利子負債比率は一時的に55.5％に上昇。 第28期（平成29年9月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い109億円を調達し、短期借入金の返済に充当。これにより有利子負債比率は49.9％に低下。新規2物件の通期稼働や、既存物件の賃料増額等により前期比16.7％増益を見込む。内部留保より26百万円を取崩し、投資口数が15.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,690円と前期を2.6％上回る見通し。 第29期（平成30年3月期）は、一部テナント退去を見込む一方、支払利息の減少により、前期予想比4.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,890円となる見通し。
