グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、オフィスビル2物件を取得する。 「明治安田生命大阪御堂筋ビル」は、大阪市営地下鉄淀屋橋駅に直結する、平成13年竣工、14階建。テナント15社と定期借家契約を締結する。取得時の稼働率は99.9％。 「品川シーサイドウエストタワー」は、東京臨海高速鉄道りんかい線品川シーサイド駅より徒歩1分に位置する、平成16年竣工、18階建。取得時のテナントは5社、稼働率は89.4％。2物件ともにスポンサーである明治安田生命と50％ずつ共有する。 2物件取得により、ポートフォリオ全体の規模は13％増の1,825億円となり、有利子負債比率は一時的に55％程度に上昇する見込み。これに伴い資本計画等を検討し、これらを反映した業績予想は後日公表予定。
