グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、第26期（平成28年9月期）決算を発表した。 第26期における物件取得はなし。TK南青山ビル及び淀屋橋フレックスタワーのフリーレント終了が寄与し、前期比32.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,357円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは9物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,612億円、有利子負債比率は50.3％。 第27期（平成29年3月期）は、フリーレントの増加や季節要因による水光熱費の増加等により、前期比0.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,330円となる見通し。 直近2年間物件取得がないことから、今後資産規模を拡大するために、投資方針である近・新・大のうち、新・大を緩和し、築年数の経過した物件や中規模ビルも検討対象に加え、資産規模2,000億円を当面の目標とする。
