グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、第25期(平成28年3月期)業績予想を発表した。第25期は淀屋橋フレックスタワーのテナント退去を見込むが、TK南青山ビル及び明治安田生命さいたま新都心ビルのフリーレント終了及び賃料増額改定が寄与し、前期比20.9%増益を見込む。内部留保より97百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,600円と前期予想を7.7%上回る見通し。なお、淀屋橋フレックスタワーは72.6%を占める大口テナントが9月末に退去するが、既に4社の入居が決定しており、11月に81.9%まで回復する見込み。
