グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、第24期(平成27年9月期)業績予想を発表した。稼働率上昇及び賃料更改やフリーレント終了による賃貸収益の増加を見込む一方、前期に売却した近鉄新名古屋ビルの売却益がなくなることにより、前期比59%減益を見込む。内部留保のうち一部を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,200円となる見通し。
