グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第22期（平成26年9月期）決算を発表した。第22期は、横浜プラザビル（取得額179.5億円）を取得。これにより賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却損益がなくなるため、前期比43％減益。投資口2分割により1口当たり分配金は6,053円（分割前換算12,106円）となった。期末の有利子負債比率は52.4％。第23期（平成27年3月期）は、近鉄新名古屋ビルの共有持分残を売却。これによる売却益1,173百万円及び横浜プラザビルの通期稼働が寄与し、前期比72.4％増益を見込む。売却益のうち200百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,400円となる見通し。
