グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第23期（平成27年3月期）業績予想を発表した。第23期は、近鉄新名古屋ビルの共有持分残33％を売却予定。これに伴う売却益1,173百万円及び前期に取得した横浜プラザビルの通期稼働が寄与し、前期予想比78.9％増益を見込む。売却益のうち200百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,400円と前期予想を62％上回る見通し。
