グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第22期(平成26年9月期)業績予想を修正した。横浜プラザビル8月取得による増収及びアルカセントラルの管理費減少等により、前回予想比23.4%増益を見込む。TK南青山ビルの主要テナントの2015年5月退去予定に伴い、一時的に減益となる可能性を加味し、当初予定していた内部留保の取り崩しの行わず、1口当たり分配金は5,800円となる見通し。
