グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第21期（平成26年3月期）決算を発表した。第21期は、スフィアタワー天王洲及び近鉄新名古屋ビル（共有持分67％）の売却、アルカセントラルの取得を行った。スフィアタワー天王洲の賃貸収益減少及び物件売却損12億円を計上する一方、近鉄新名古屋ビルの物件売却益23.8億円が寄与し、前期比61.6％増益。物件売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は19,365円となった。2棟の売却代金を借入金返済に充当したため、期末の有利子負債比率は前期の47.8％から46.6％へ低下。第22期（平成26年9月期）は、アルカセントラルが通期寄与する一方、前期に売却した2棟の賃貸収益及び売却益がなくなることから、前期比56％減益を見込む。投資口2分割により、1口当たり分配金は5,200円（分割前10,400円）となる見通し。
