グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第22期(平成26年9月期)業績予想を発表した。第21期取得のアルカセントラルが通期稼働する一方、第21期に売却したスフィアタワー天王洲、近鉄新名古屋ビル(持分67%)の賃貸収益がなくなることから、当期利益916百万円を見込む。第22期より投資口を2分割することから、1口当たり分配金は5,200円(分割前10,400円)となる見通し。
