グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人（GOR）が墨田区錦糸町のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、JR総武線錦糸町駅より徒歩3分にある、平成9年竣工、22階建のオフィスビル。GORは共有持分の約56.1%相当を取得する。GORはスフィアタワー天王洲及び近鉄新名古屋ビルの売却により、約300億円の取得余力があり、その一部を本物件の取得に活用した。今回の取得に伴う第21期（平成26年3月期）業績予想の修正はなし。
