グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第19期(平成25年3月期)決算を発表した。第19期はアークヒルズ仙石山森タワーを取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し前期比10%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,483円となった。第20期(平成25年9月期)は、フリーレントの増加、スフィアタワー天王洲及び明治安田生命さいたま新都心のテナント一部退去、アークヒルズ仙石山森タワーの固都税計上等により14%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,400円となる見通し。
