グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第20期(平成25年9月期)業績予想を発表した。第20期は、テナント入替えに伴うフリーレントの増加、スフィアタワー天王洲及び明治安田生命さいたま新都心ビルのテナント一部退去による減収、アークヒルズ仙石山森タワーの固都税計上により、前期予想比8.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,400円となる見通し。
