グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第18期（平成24年9月期）決算を発表した。第18期における物件取得はなし。テナント入替えに伴うフリーレントの影響から、前期比5.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,138円となった。併せて、港区のオフィスビルを取得することを発表。物件は、地下鉄六本木一丁目駅より徒歩3分、今年8月竣工した47階建のタワービル。このうち16フロアをスポンサーである森ビル、明治安田生命と共同運用し、森ビルと10年間のマスターリース契約（当初3年間は固定賃料）を締結。これに伴い、第19期（平成25年3月期）は、上記物件取得及びフリーレントの減少等により、前期比3.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,600円となる見通し。
