グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第17期(平成24年3月期)決算を発表した。第17期における物件取得はなし。フリーレントの減少や賃貸費用の減少が寄与し、前期比24%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,902円となった。第18期(平成24年9月期)は、稼働率低下や賃料減額、フリーレントの増額等により13%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
