グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第16期（平成23年9月期）決算を発表した。第16期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した平河町森タワーの通期稼働等が寄与し前期比3%増収となる一方、支払利息の増加により前期比5%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,167円となった。第17期（平成24年3月期）は、テナント入替え時のフリーレント解消の影響により16%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は13,000円となる見通し。
