グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第15期（平成23年3月期）決算を発表した。第15期は平河町森タワーを取得。保有物件のテナント入替に伴う賃料減額等により前期比16%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,791円となった。第16期（平成23年9月期）は、平河町森タワーの通期稼働及び保有物件の稼働率上昇に伴う賃貸収入増加により4.5%増収を見込むが、水光熱費及び支払利息の増加等により12%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,300円となる見通し。
