グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人（GOR）が千代田区のオフィスビルを取得することを発表した。物件は、地下鉄永田町駅より徒歩1分にある平成21年12月竣工の24階建、オフィス・住宅・店舗から成る複合施設。昨年9月にGORのスポンサーに参画した森ビルの開発によるもの。GORはこのうち低層階のオフィス部分の6フロアと1階の店舗部分を取得し、森ビルと平成28年3月迄の定期賃貸借契約（当初3年間は固定賃料）を締結する。これに伴い第15期（平成23年3月期）業績予想を修正。従来予想比12%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,500円となる見通し。
