グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第13期(平成22年3月期)決算を発表した。第13期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入が増加する一方、水道光熱費及び減価償却費の減少等により前期比1.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,875円となった。第14期(平成22年9月期)は、大手町ファーストスクエアの大口テナント退去に伴い35%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は13,500円となる見通し。
