グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第12期(平成21年9月期)決算を発表した。第12期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入の減少等により前期比1.8%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は20,536円となった。第13期(平成22年3月期)は、賃貸収入は前期と同水準を見込む一方、テナントリーシング費用及び修繕費の増加により8.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,700円となる見通し。
