グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第11期（平成21年3月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、新規物件の取得はなし。テナント退去に伴う賃貸収入の減少により前期比4.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は20,918円となった。第12期（平成21年9月期）は、固都税費用の増加等により9%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,000円となる見通し。
