グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第11期（平成21年3月期）業績予想を発表した。第11期は物件の異動はないものの、保有するスフィアタワー天王洲及び銀座ファーストビルのテナント退去に伴い、前期予想比5%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,500円となる見通し。 なお、9月末に返済期限が到来する借入金28億円は、手元資金で全額返済する。その他借入金は、全て長期固定金利のため、金利増加による収益悪化懸念は存在しない。
