グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第8期(平成19年9月期)決算を発表した。第8期は、1棟を取得し前期比30%増益、増資により投資口数が26.8%増となるも、1口当たり分配金は19,612円と前期を2.3%上回った。第9期(平成20年3月期)は、スフィアタワー天王洲(共有持分33%)の売却による売却益約38億円の計上に伴い、前期比184%増益、1口当たり分配金は55,700円となる見通し。
