グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第9期（平成20年3月期）業績予想を修正した。第9期は、スフィアタワー天王洲の一部売却による売却益に伴い、前期比大幅増となる予想を既に発表しているが、さらに賃料改定及びコスト見直しにより、従来予想比0.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は300円増の55,700円となる見通し。
