グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第7期(平成19年3月期)決算を発表した。第7期は物件の変動はない。賃料収入は増加したが、季節要因による水道光熱収入の減少により前期比2%減益。増資発表時に修正した分配予想数値を0.8%上回り、1口当たり分配金は19,163円となった。第8期(平成19年9月期)は、オフィスビル1棟を取得し21%増益を見込む。一方、投資口20,500口の追加発行により、1口当たり分配金は18,300円となる見通し。
