グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人（GOR）が、投資口の追加発行を発表した。発行口数は20,500口。これにより発行後の投資口数は26.8%増の96,900口となる。また併せて、オフィスビル1棟を取得する。物件は、JRさいたま新都心駅より徒歩1分にある、平成14年竣工35階建て。GORは共有持分50%を取得。増資資金により物件取得を行うため、物件取得額に対する借入比率は現行58％から48％と大幅に低下する見込み。 これに伴い、第8期（平成19年9月期）及び第9期（平成20年3月期）業績予想を発表した。第8期は、上記物件取得及び既存物件の賃料上昇に伴う収益増加が寄与し、前期予想比29%増益。投資口数増加となるも、1口当たり分配金は前期予想比1.7%増、18,000円となる見通し。第9期は、さらに6%増益、1口当たり分配金は19,100円となる見通し。
