グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第5期（平成18年3月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、TK南青山ビルを取得し前期比30%増収33%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,180円となった。第6期は、さらに増収を見込む一方、固都税負担等により第5期比11%の減益、1口当たり予想分配金は18,000円となる見通し。
