グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が、第6期(平成18年9月期)業績予想を発表した。第6期は、平成17年に取得したオフィスビル2棟の固都税の費用負担が発生するため、第5期予想比5%減益、1口当たり予想分配金は18,000円となる見通し。なお「スフィアタワー天王洲」は三菱商事とのマスターリース契約期間満了に伴い、エンドテナントとの直接契約になる。
