グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が第6期(平成18年9月期)決算を発表した。第6期中の物件の増減はなし。前期比では13%増収なるも、昨年取得したTK南青山ビルの固都税費用の発生等により2.8%減益。1口当たり分配金は当初業績予想を9%、1口当たり1,613円上回る19,613円となった。第7期(平成19年3月期)は、前期大幅増加した水道光熱費収入の減少見込み等に伴い、10%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,700円となる見通し。
